Recognizing the challenges faced by students and professionals pursuing opportunities abroad, she founded Sahaaya with a vision to provide reliable guidance, accessible information, and practical support to help others navigate their journey with greater confidence and clarity. Today, she continues to support Sahaaya’s mission of helping students and expats access trusted guidance and international opportunities.
MANASA VOLETI
Co-Founder & Academic Strategy Lead
Manasa is a Life Sciences and Project Management professional with an academic background in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, and Project Management. Her educational journey has taken her across India, Australia, and Germany, combining scientific and management expertise with international experience. Over the past decade, she has worked across pharmaceutical research, healthcare, clinical research, medical writing, market research, and scientific project management. She currently works in Germany, supporting international scientific, regulatory, and research initiatives. Through Sahaaya, Manasa focuses on academic strategy, profile building, and application guidance, helping students and expats make informed decisions based on their individual goals and circumstances. RAGHUVEER RAJA MANIKYALA

Raghuveer is an Information Technology professional with a background in Electronics and Communication Engineering and a Master’s degree in Information Technology. His academic and professional journey has taken him across India, France, and Germany, giving him firsthand experience of studying, relocating, and building a career internationally. Over the past decade, he has worked across IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud technologies, system administration, and enterprise IT operations. He currently works in Germany, supporting modern IT environments with a focus on security, process optimization, and technology-driven solutions. Through Sahaaya, Raghuveer focuses on student relations, communication, and process guidance, helping students and expats stay informed and supported throughout their journey.
